Rhapsody Counseling provides specialized psychotherapy for individuals, families, children, couples and support groups. We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 2 years experience working with one or more of these populations.
Primary Duties:
- Provide therapeutic counseling for patients through individual, couple, family and group therapies.
- Interview Patients and coordinate assessments; summarize and evaluate problems areas.
Apply therapeutic interventions. - Complete progress notes and develop treatment plans based on evidenced based therapies in a timely fashion.

Scheduler
We are looking to hire an efficient Scheduler to ensure that patients are correctly scheduled for appointments. Schedulers must listen to the needs of the person requesting the appointment in order to find the time that works best for both the patient and the provider. The scheduler should be professional and have the ability to manage multiple calls. The Scheduler will also manage cancelations, including a provider who may need to reschedule a full day, finding the best alternatives for all involved. The Scheduler’s responsibilities include rescheduling and canceling appointments, scheduling referral appointments, and verifying patient’s demographical information.
Tasks a Scheduler may need to perform include:
- Answer phone calls, properly greeting patients and prospective patients.
- Answering patients’ questions regarding basic appointment information.
- Providing instructions to patients to ensure that they are prepared for their session.
- Responsible for collecting existing and new patient insurance information for insurance verification purpose
- Sending intake forms to new patients after scheduling.
- Liaise and coordinate with the Providers and Office Manager about schedules, patients and any changes.
